Giordano`s Famous Stuffed Pizza in Rockford

Very good pizza and good service. Not from the area pick it on a whim were not disappointed. We went at a "off" time so it wasn't very busy but as we were leaving people were flooding in. They had a large girls baseball team and parents come in, they didn't miss a beat still provided great service.

Stopped in for lunch today for the first time. Service was good, the place was empty and our appetizer was very good we had the "calamari and more" but sadly our pizza was cold in the middle and we did not enjoy like we expected to, (we ordered the classic deep dish) the pizza did not seem like it was fresh maybe like it had been frozen and popped in the oven and the middle wasn't done when they served it to us. Very disappointing...

Some excellent pizza and pasta. Be prepared to wait awhile for your good though. With how great they consistently they make it, it's worth it. The company I believe can also mail the product across the country.

It was a nice place, clean, Chicago style deep dish pizza was good. Pizza was warm not hot. I could hear waitress talking not to far away from us. I think she forgot to keep a eye on when it was ready. If the pizza would have been steaming hot. I would have enjoyed it more! Salad was great, and I could give it 5 stars

Have dined in a handful of times and despite it's large venue it leaves something to be desired compared to other locations. Most of the time the atmosphere just seems a bit dead. I think it's just a regional thing. Regardless, the pizza is great. Service is usually as expected.

I love going there so do my kids everyone is friendly the restaurant is very clean it's our new favorite restaurant the food is delicious it's always hot and fresh when we get it we're going again this afternoon for my son's birthday

We did it! Lou Malnati's & Giordano's head to head! Here's our take: Crust: LM- tastes a bit like beer crust, crunchy and a bit buttery Gio- Buttery, chewy, crispy on bottom Sauce:LM- savory and chunkyGio- thick and slightly sweet Cheese:LM- parmesan Gio- chewy buttery mozzarella & topped with parmesanPresentation:See for yourself! Both pizzas beckoned to be eaten! Final Verdict: Everyone in our house gave the nod to Giordano's. Lou's was definitely tasty, but Giordano's got the slight lead on every category. No one had a bad opinion of Lou's and none of us would pass if it was purchased for us, but if we are spending our money we would pick Giordano's 9/10 time.

Always have a great experience here. The food is prepared fresh and to a high standard. Service is also great especially with Paul; he's professional, polite, and accommodating. Me likeyyyyy!

Just received a mushy watery possibly raw deep dish.... straight to the trash w my $40. Not risking getting sick. Very gross.

Excellent deep dish pizza! Better than Gino's East in Chicago, my personal opinion.

We stopped in on our road trip. We called ahead, and the pizza was ready within minutes of our arrival. The manager also charged my kids' cell phones behind the bar while we dinned. It was a lovely experience! Oh, and the food was amazing, as always. :)

I love the pizza, but i hate the drive from Madison to get it... Hope someday you guys could expand a tad bit further!!

The service was friendly and professional the food was good, the prices outrageous, on the menu is one price and on your bill is more money??? 2 beers and small deep dish $50.00 yes that's right I did not made a mistake on the price.The pizza is good but not $50.00 that good.

Rockford Giordano's is a deep dish treat for Rockford. It provides one if best Chicago stuff pizzas in a city void of good stuff pizza. Clean restaurant with good service. As suggestion order your pizza ahead by 30-45 mins to minimize wait.

Giordano’s is an amazing deep dish destination. The pizza here is always well crafted with a wonderful selection of toppings.

I would give 3.5 stars. Very good pizza, but is pricey and my friend and I waited over an hour for it to come out. The waitress checked on us twice the whole 2 hours we were there. Probably won't come here again due to that reason. Otherwise tasty pizza.

Excellent service! This location was very nicely decorated for Valentine's Day. We love the deep dish pizzas here! They are well worth the 35 to 40 minute wait!! The Greek salad was also very tasty, vinaigrette on the side is always thoughtful! The garlic bread and cheese triangles are fabulous!! I'd give this more than 5 stars if I could! Best Pizza EVER!!!

Very impressed with my delivery order. It took about 45 minutes like the man on the phone told me it would. This was a Thursday night. it was nice an hot the flavor of my deep dish pizza was outstanding. They delivered to me in Walmart parking lot to my 18 wheeler. The kid was very nice. So thankful I picked this restaurant first off Google 🙌

We had Valentine's reservations and they were so busy, so we knew there'd be a wait for pizza, and they warned us probably over an hour, but our pizza came out much sooner than that and was absolutely delicious! The staff was handling the crazy really well and we felt it didn't take any longer than a typical day there. Highly recommend for non-Valentine's day too!

Best deep dish pizza chain there is. I live in Wisconsin and when I am passing through I make sure to stop to get some pizza. If I have time I'll stop and eat, if I don't I'll grab a half baked pizza to finish cookint at home. I'm never disappointed. The crust is perfectly flakey and buttery.

Terrible place... I'm new to Rockford & loved getting Giordanos in Algonquin but I would never again waste my money on Giordanos pizza again.. The manager Benz is so rude I never had any customer service this nasty ... He was rude to my sister and me I just don't like the fact our community have disrespectful uneducated ppl hovering over our pizza

first time trying this specific one. i got a deep dish chicago style with pepperoni, green onion & mushroom. the pizza was good. and the girl that gave me my order was very polite. i gave it 4 instead of 5 cause the pizza wasnt perfect but i will eat it again.

Can I just say Deep Dish, Cheese, Cheese, and more Cheese! Yummy deliciousness. We also got an order of wings, & ended up getting two more orders. We had 3 adults and 2 kids, and one large deep dish was enough to feed us with leftovers. I will certainly be back when I'm in Chicago again.

Best pizza ever ! The gluten free was amazing for being gluten free. Its always a struggle for me trying to find something GF that tastes decent and this was definitely 10/10 or more haha. My boyfriend got the deep dish and he loved it. Highly recommend and would definitely go back every time we're in the area.

So i really love this place &out of the many many many years I been going here, this is the first time we've had a problem. We brought it up to the manager &she took care of it immediately. She even brought my boys plates of speghatti for free while we waited for our pizza. Honestly, this wont stop us from going here. I love this place too much. The atmosphere, the service, the food. All great.
